Harvey will soon be joined in partnership (both in life and in business) by Ms. Lillian Chen and daughter (Tangyue) of Xiamen, China. Lillian has a B.A. in Business and Marketing from Xiamen University, and received her M.B.A. from Beijing University. In 2002, she studied and received certification with Harvey in the Dispute Mediation program at U.C.-Riverside.
